I am an Associate Professor of English in the Rhetoric, Composition, & Literacy program at the OSU-Marion campus. My areas of scholarly interest include rhetorical theory, digital media studies, and visual culture. In addition to writing articles and reviews on the intersection of technology and rhetoric/composition, I also maintain this blog (since 2003), a hodgepodge of topics related to teaching with technology, innovations in the Human-Computer Interface, Web culture, politics, art, music, and whatever else strikes my fancy at the moment. Read, comment, and enjoy. Rather than clutter up the front page with too many links and widgets, I’m currently sticking them here on this page.
